Indian chain of coffee chain chain Starbucks imitated heavy

the famous coffee shop chain Starbucks, an Indian company got heavier.
Starbucks dragged this Indian company into court.
Actually,
due to the name of the famous coffee chain Starbucks, who has entered the
Indian market in 2012, the court has ordered the change of name of the coffee
chain 'Sardar Baksh'.
Saamit
Singh Kalra, co-founder of Sardar Baksh Coffee Chain, has said that the company
will make changes in its name within two months, though there will be no change
in the company's logo.
Sardar
Baksh Coffee Chain was established in 2015 by Sandeep Singh Kalra and Sanmit
Singh Kalra.
Earlier,
there have been allegations of duplication of Indian companies. In 2016,
America's famous online payment app PayPal had filed a case accusing it of
copying it. Apart from this, the famous Burger King had done a case of
trademark infringement on Mr. Singh Burger King of Ludhiana, after which the
seller selling the burger had to change his name.
