Impressing the famous coffee shop chain Starbucks, an Indian company got heavier. Starbucks dragged this Indian company into court.

Actually, due to the name of the famous coffee chain Starbucks, who has entered the Indian market in 2012, the court has ordered the change of name of the coffee chain 'Sardar Baksh'.

Saamit Singh Kalra, co-founder of Sardar Baksh Coffee Chain, has said that the company will make changes in its name within two months, though there will be no change in the company's logo.

Sardar Baksh Coffee Chain was established in 2015 by Sandeep Singh Kalra and Sanmit Singh Kalra.

Earlier, there have been allegations of duplication of Indian companies. In 2016, America's famous online payment app PayPal had filed a case accusing it of copying it. Apart from this, the famous Burger King had done a case of trademark infringement on Mr. Singh Burger King of Ludhiana, after which the seller selling the burger had to change his name.
