Under the new law, the department will summon the notice to those whose visa-duration extension or application for change in the office has been rejected. In recent months, visa applications for H-1B visa holders have been rejected. It has a large number of Indians. In such a situation, the new law can have a profound effect on Indians living in the US. But, the notice to be summoned is not currently being sent.

US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) said that they will send the denial notice to the applicants affecting the position because they are required to give proper information to the applications whose applications are rejected under the law.
